Refund Policy

At UC Tax Service, we value our clients and strive to provide accurate and professional tax consultancy. Since our services involve professional labor, government portal applications, and time tracking, our refund policy is guided by the following rules:

  • Before Work Starts: If you change your mind and wish to cancel a service before we start reviewing your documents or processing your application, you are eligible for a 100% refund (minus any payment gateway transactional charges).
  • After Work Starts: Once our team has started working on your file, reviewed documents, or drafted your tax returns, no refund will be issued for cancellation.

Any fees paid directly to the government (such as GST registration government fees, late filing fees, penalties, or taxes) during the service process are completely non-refundable under any circumstances, as these payments go directly to government treasuries.

If a registration application (like GST registration) is rejected by government authorities due to faulty documents provided by the client (such as invalid electricity bill, unclear rent agreement, etc.), no refund will be processed. We will, however, help you reply to the clarification/query within reasonable terms.
